1. Eligibility

3. Listings

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal goods, counterfeit products, and adult content. We reserve the right to remove any listing violating these Terms.

4. Transactions

Maaru.lk is a listing platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any item listed.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not post false information, spam users, scrape the platform, impersonate others, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content and code are the property of Maaru.lk. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maaru.lk is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
